1. I have purchased your Ø22 push button but I do not know the installation dimension. Can you provide me with a borehole diagram?

Re: You can find the hole size at our website of Ø22 push button, which is on Page 7. If necessary, please ask the corresponding supplier for further information.

2. For the model of your cam switch product, what does LW42A2-2902/LF403 mean?

Re: A2 means the current is 20A, 2902 stands for the order number of the switch, L indicates the switch is fixed with screws and F403 is the frontplate code of the switch. You can refer to the description of Page 7 of our website for sample information.

3. What is the difference between model TYX1 and TYX1S for your button box?

Re: The only difference between TYX1 and TYX1S is their height. TYX1 is 85 mm high and TYX1S is 65 mm high.

4. Do your products conform to the standard of CE or UL certification?

Re: Our products conform to CE standards, but not UL temporarily. You can see relevant certificates in the download center of our company.

5. What does the model No. AD17-30ZH-0306MD mean? What is the delivery time?

Re: AD17 is the code of Tayee product, 30ZH means the product is a 30 mm×30 mm combined indicator of Series 30, 0306 indicates the indicators are arranged in 3 rows and 6 columns, M stands for different combinations of voltage or window panes and D stands for direct lighting. Information for the model is yet to be complete for order and you need to provide the specific voltage and color for each grid. You can provide drawing while ordering products. Generally, the delivery time will be followed accurately. Delivery time for products with sculptured words or complicated design will be relatively longer, however, it should be subject to detailed order requirement.

6. The sample information of AD17-16/DC24V/R indicator I purchased indicates the allowable voltage fluctuation is ±5%. Can the product sustain 20% voltage fluctuation in actual application?

Re: The current product cannot conform to such standard. The main technical parameters clarify that the product of voltage higher than 48 V features allowable voltage fluctuation of ±20% while that of voltage ≤48 V features allowable voltage fluctuation of ±5%.

7. Can you arrange the holes of a five-hole push button box into one row, like four-hole product?

Re: we have no 5-hole push button box arranged in such manner temporarily. You can use the box of 10504 to arrange the 5 holes into one row, which is bigger than 5- hole box. Combination of a 2-hole box and a 3-hole one is recommended.

8. Is AD17-8 indicator a neon lamp or LED?

Re: All the AD17 indicators adopt LED as light source.

9.I need JD90 signal towers. Please tell me, when the voltage is DC24V, what is its corresponding power?

Re: Please see the sample information of JD for detailed technical parameters in Page 7. For example, when you need an LED DC24 V product, the corresponding power is 2.4 W.

10. I need 20A 3-in 3-out on/off switches. However, the sample information only presents 20A products of 1824 2-in 2-out and 2528 4-in 4-out, without any 3-in 3-out product.

Re: For 20 A on/off witch, the contact point for 3-in 3-out products is 2830, which is not listed in sample information. The detailed contact point is the same with that of 1016 and the only difference is in order number. You can order 2528 directly with one wire disconnected.

11. I only find ∮22 Tayee “Emergency Stop” in sample information, do you have ∮16?

Re: Yes, we do. ∮16 Tayee “Emergency Stop” has not been listed in sample information temporarily. You can note the dimension of ∮16 while ordering.

12. Why does LED indicator glimmer without voltage?

Re: It might be caused by induced voltage. The normal current value for LED light ranges from 14 to 18 mA. The excessively long signal cable and power cable will cause inducted voltage that makes indicators glimmer. Solutions: 1. Modify system cabling and separate control line and power grounding cable; 2. Reduce the induction of power cable to control signal and apply shielded wire as possible; 3. Apply anti-induction model specialized for AD17 to induced voltage. (Add “I” to code of regular model)

13. Why do seal boxes crack?

Re: During daily use, boxes are constant exposed to chemical solvent content, such as oil, acid, ketone and aldehyde, which will lead to molecular structure change in material and increased internal stress that contribute to box cracking. Box materials are divided into ABS and PC, featuring different characteristics. Attention should be paid to the influence of ambient environment on chemical insolvent for material selection. See P4 for detailed sample information of seal boxes. For seal box used under sever environment, please consult us for aluminum seal boxes.

14. Why does a potentiometer keep running without resistance?

Re: the potentiometer is marked with reading range. Users should pay attention to not exceed the range. The rotation torque should not be too large for the core structure of a potentiometer is made with high-sensitive glass, which is delicate and liable to force. Overexerting might break the limiter and cause absence of resistance.
